Misha has been one of the most inspirational and challenging yoga instructors I have had. I have been doing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for the last few years, and as a teacher I need to be led in a class that gives me a great workout, challenges my flexibility and strength as well as my mental ability to not always be so competitive. Misha is very versatile and is very good at both making her students come to a place where they get what they need in intensity and relaxation. And I must mention her voice is the perfect tone for what a yoga class should be, sounding as if shes been teaching yoga her whole life.
I did professional swimming for over 10 years and after finishing my career I was not loosing my addiction to sports in general. I was open to try some new completely different things than what I was doing before. I started doing classes with Misha a couple of month ago and Im impressed. She knows exactly how to keep my body in balance between an intense workout and relaxation. I was always thinking that yoga is just meditation and a couple of stretching postures, but it is a lot more than that. Thanks Misha for showing me new methods of training and introducing me into yoga!

Nach dem ich schon alles versucht habe um meine Rückenschmerzen zu mindern. Habe mich bei Yogami by Misha angemeldet. Heute kann ich schmerzfrei schlafen und bin glücklich.
